Make sure that you have followed the points below

Set up Intuit GoPayment to QuickBooks 

Before you proceed, you are required to set up your device to align with QuickBooks GoPayment functioning.

Apple

• In the first step, turn off restrictions for QuickBooks GoPayment.
• To do so, click on Settings and select Screen Time.
• Now, click on Content & Privacy and then toggle it off.

• Then, turn off RTT/TTY.
• Click on Settings and select Accessibility, RTT/TTY.

• Type your desired password and click on Submit.

Step 3: Process a transaction

You can manually enter or swipe a credit card for a sale. Now, plug in the card reader and swipe. In case you are out of a card reader, click on Key Card to enter information manually.

• Log in to your online service center.
• Click on Account and select Mobile Payments.
• Choose Customize Receipts from Quick Links.
• Make the required changes and select Save and Preview Receipt.
• Click on Done or Make Changes to customize.

Set up additional mobile payment users:

• Log in to the online service center and select Account.
• Click on Mobile Payments and select Invite User.
• Type your First and Last Name with Email Address and Phone number (Optional).
• Now, you can assign a certain role to this user and click on Submit.
• You will receive an invitation from QuickBooks GoPayment to the user’s email address.
• The user will be asked to complete a form if the user does not have an Intuit user ID.
• If the user has an Intuit User ID, click on Already have Intuit User ID and then sign in.
